IVY'S LASHES BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Klarna
  • Bank Transfers (for bulk orders – contact us for details)

All payments are processed in Euro.

2. PAYMENT PROCESSING
  • Payments must be completed at the time of purchase.
  • Orders will not be processed or shipped until full payment has been received.
  • If a payment is declined or fails, the order will not be confirmed.
3. PRICING & CURRENCY
  • All prices listed Euro.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Any applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • We do not store your credit card or payment details.
5. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
  • Refunds are processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. If you experience any issues, please contact us at info@ivyslashes.com.
6. FRAUD PREVENTION
  • Aroselle reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
