Q: Where is IVY'S LASHES located? 

A: Ivy's Lashes is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. 

Q: Can I visit IVY'S LASHES?

A: Unfortunately not, IVY'S LASHES salons are closed and its solely an online store at the moment. 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: The estimated delivery time takes 1-3 business days in the Netherlands, 3-5 business days for UK and Europe, and 5-8 business days for US. Take into account that the orders placed after 4:00 PM (CET) will be handled the day after, which adds an extra day to the delivery time.

Q: Is there free shipping available?

A: Yes, we have a minimum amount for FREE Standard Shipping. For more information, please check your region and our Shipping Policy.

Q: What if I want to return a product?

A: If product is unopened and unused you may return the product within 14 days.

Q: Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

A: Yes, you may cancel your order before 16:00 the same day. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll have to return it by yourself. 

Q: When will I get my refund after returning a product?

A: Once we have received the returned order, totally unopened and unused, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
