Refund policy
To be eligible for return:
- The item must be unused and returned with the original condition
- When you change your mind, purchases the wrong product, or no longer wants the item, the actual cost of return delivery is for the customer. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For any other reason such as faulty, damaged, or incorrect item sent by us, we take full responsibility and cover the return shipping cost, offer a replacement or give a full refund.
- We don't charge any restocking fee.
How to request a return
Contact us at info@ivyslashes.com with your order number and reason for return, we'll provide you the return address. Make sure to:
- Repack the item in its original packaging.
- Drop your package off at your local post office with the provided return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
